The nature walk-hike was wonderful. The guide ( Mr Ureera ) is very knowledgable ( plants @ birds ). The walk was about 8 km and took 3.5 hours. As we only could start 8.15 it was a bit hot at the end ( more than 30 degree).

The food was delicious and just what was needed before and after some great activities which included nature walks and drives. A unique and special place and we cannot wait to return. Thank you so much to a very special team at Etendeka.

The view, the lodge and the great staff! The pool location and the covered deck. The breakfast and the dinner as well as the sundowner ride on the plateau of Grootberg ! I will be back! The up/down ride with the driver ;).

We appreciated Martin as a guide and his deep knowledge about flora and fauna in the area. we like the idea that the lodge is run by the community.
