The bed was so comfy. At first the air conditioning wasn’t working so we had to open the windows and that mDe it quite noisy but the owners repaired it on the second day and the rest of the week was perfectly quiet and the temperature was just right.

Budget Hotel Le Beau Rivage offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi and flat-screen cable TV in the centre of town, only 220 metres from Middelburg Railway Station. The room was perfect. Clean tidy and very comfortable with nice views. The host and owner, Gerard, was very easy to communicate with and went beyond what you would expect to make sure I had everything i needed and that I enjoyed my stay. The location is great, close to the train station and an easy walk into the town center. I will be staying here again on my next visit.

Walking distance from town centre to visit restaurants, cafes, sights, and shops. Had all the kitchen facilities and utensils we needed for self-catering, for the times we did not want to go out for meals. Stairs to climb but large windows created light and airy space, without passers-by looking in. It was a great base for us to explore Middelburg, as well as cycle around other Walcheren towns and villages.

Lovely clean large rooms, close to town, friendly staff, nothing was too much effort. Even ringing around to get a replacement wheelchair after my mum's wheelie walker broke on our first day there. Simply loved all the helpful staff. Breakfast was great, a lovely variety available.

Great location, directly on the beach, rooms were clean. Pet friendly, that is a big plus. On a windy nights you can fall asleep with the sound of waves crashing on the beach, for me that was amazing. Hotel is directly across a big store and quite close to the town centre.
