We saw the Northern Lights right over the cabin almost every night. The jacuzzi and the fireplace outside were perfect to just sit and watch them.

Absolutely close to heaven. Never stayed at a better place amongst 34 countries visited in last 3 decades. Location is perfect with the roof to floor wall giving unobstructed views of the sea and snow mountains. No other houses nearby means full privacy. One hours drive from airport by a scenic drive. Over equipped kitchen. Lighting and heating is superb. Comfortable seating and beds. Grocery store is 5 minutes drive. We saw over 4 days rain, snow, blizzard, bright sunshine and Northern lights. Also saw dolphins in the sea outside. Host is extremely responsive and helpful. Walk nearby is very pretty. Staying there itself was the top sight seeing in Tromso area. Wherever you go, you want to come back quickly as the place was prettiest in the area.

Set in Mestervik in the Tromsø Region, this holiday home is 69 km from Tromsø. It provides free private parking. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. We stayed again at this perfect hideaway for our artic experience. The house is super comfortable and cosy. It couldn't be better.

Located in Kjerkevik, Malangen Apartment offers a split level apartment featuring a large balcony with mountain views. Tromsø is 83 km away, Senja is only 80 km away. We loved our stay. There are many good reviews, but you're never sure until you get there. All the great reviews were true. The place and Johan are wonderful. The apartment is spacious, clean, inviting, and has everything you could need. Our kids loved spending time sledding, seeing the Northern Lights from the property, riding the snowmobile and tractor, fishing, and eating dried cod. It felt secluded and private and we didn't hear noise from anyone else. Johan has a very special place and made our stay fantastic. He even brought by some freshly baked treats his sister had just made that were delicious. It was truly a magical experience, and I'm so glad we chose to stay here.

Malangen Resort offers rooms with fjord views and self-catering cottages and apartments with a seating area and a bathroom with shower. It is a luxurious resort. The rooms in the main building have super cool view, so it is very easy to see aurora from bed. Lots of parking spaces. Breakfast is very generous and fresh. Also the dinner at the hotel is convenient, although a bit expensive. We were lucky to meet 2 fellow romanians working at the restaurant, which made our dinner even more lovely. Also very friendly staff at the reception.
