Yggdrasil Farmhotel Retreat, Spa & Yoga is located on Kvaløya island, 50-minutes drive from central Tromsø. Free WiFi access is available at the farm. The night in the small wagon was very nice and the "fireplace" has a certain charm. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The small farm with several animals and the possibility to go to the jacuzzi and or sauna is great. You can book rental equipment for a snowshoe hike directly on site. Parking is free of charge. Note that there is no supermarket or restaurant nearby. So you are tied to the accommodation's catering on site. This is very good, but the costs add up!

A cozy hotel, with a old traditional restaurant with home-made local food. Vollan Gjestestue is located in Nordkjosbotn. Free WiFi access is available. Simple, everything! Free coffee machines everywhere, good breakfast selection, one of the best dinners I've had in Norway, comfy beds, nice rooms, excellent, friendly staff.

The Hurtigruten Terminal is 5 minutes’ walk away. 아담하고 사랑스러운 호텔이에요. 직원분이 정말 프로페셔널하고 친절합니다. 여행을 많이 다녔는데, 제 인생에서 가장 친절한 스텝을 이 호텔에서 만났습니다. 호텔에서 출발하는 오로라 투어가 있어서 이용하기도 편리했어요. 1층에 주방이 있는데, 조리 도구도 많고 깨끗하게 관리되고 있어서 많이 이용했습니다. 무료 커피 머신도 유용합니다. 핫초콜릿 맛있어요.

Dating back to the mid-1700s, this elegant waterfront hotel is on Hinnøya Island, by Tjeldsundet Strait. It offers fine dining, free Wi-Fi internet access, and free private parking. Lovely place! Beautiful, right by the water. We are happy we decided to reserve one nigh there before leaving from narvik airport as it was not too far. We saw amazing auroras (mid-September). Helpful hosts.

The comfortable room offered a relaxing space, while the exceptional staff made me feel welcome and well-cared for. And who can forget the delicious food? It's always a bonus when a hotel caters to your taste buds as well.
