EcoScapes is situated in 26 km from the centre of Glenorchy and offers transport to the Routeburn Track, which is 17 km from the property. Just as described on the website, the venue is located in a small village which can be reached by gravel road. The road itself is well-maintained and we had no trouble driving in. The house itself is not big, but it does have everything one would need, plus a great panoramic view to the lake. The breakfast is served in a little restaurant nearby and it was delicious.

Just a 5-minute drive from the township of Haast, Heartland Hotel Haast is located in the region of South Westland, between the West Coast of New Zealand and the southern lakes districts. Amazing view, quiet, lot of space and comfortable! I loved it!

It has literally everything we needed, even a coffee machine and washer/dryer!! The hosts are so lovely! I highly recommend this place for your time in Queenstown/Glenorchy!!
