Built in 1865 and restored in 1902, Otira Stagecoach Hotel is situated in the heart of the Arthur's Pass National Park. It offers antiques throughout as well as stagecoaches and horse wagons outside. A unique, 'out of the box' experience. The hotel is a living museum, with antique paraphernalia and curios everywhere. The furniture in the rooms is amazing. Feels like you have stepped back in time to the 1800s. Lester and Sam were excellent as hosts. Meals were great quality and value. The bar (available to in-house guests only) offered beer and wine at reasonable prices. There's not too much accommodation in the Otira / Arthur's Pass area with dining and bar facilities, so the Stagecoach Hotel fills a valuable niche.

Boasting stunning views of mountains, river and the valley, Bealey Hotel is within a 30-minute drive of 5 ski fields. It offers a restaurant, barbecue facilities and free on-site parking. Staffs are all nice and attentive despite their work load. Room is spacious and clean with impressive view. We also love the bathroom. And we appreciate the restaurant on site - good dishes and good breakfast.

Good location to experience the Pass. Comfy areas and clean and tidy. Perfect for our midway stop on our 4 week excursion .

Boasting a patio with mountain views, a garden and barbecue facilities, Petes Place can be found in Arthur's Pass, close to Arthur's Pass Train Station and 700 metres from Arthur's Pass National Park.... Pete's Place really is the prettiest little house we have ever seen. The garden is beautiful and lovingly laid out; the interior is surprisingly modern and very tastefully furnished. We were all particularly impressed by the bathroom. The equipment was very good, we had all we needed. Everything is clean and in top condition. In our opinion, Pete's Place is the ideal accommodation for 2-3 people on site.

Set within a stunning historic rainforest and walking track, Jackson's Retreat Alpine Holiday Park offers 5-star accommodation with access to a garden and a barbecue. The park is in a beautiful setting. The bathrooms, showers and communal kitchen/lounge area were all very clean and well-maintained. We were in a cabin that was very comfortable. The nature walk is definitely worth doing and leads to very impressive waterfall.

The Nook, a property with an open-air bath, a garden and barbecue facilities, is located in Arthur's Pass, 1.4 km from Devils Punchbowl Falls, 4.9 km from Temple Basin, as well as 47 km from Broken... The room was the same as the pictures and felt cosy. The host was friendly and welcomed us warmly. What I like the most is the bathroom, which comes with a bathtub. The kitchen is small, but it has everything we need.

Located in Otira, 12 km from Devils Punchbowl Falls, Rata Lodge Accommodation provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a shared lounge. The bedroom was so cozy with extra blankets, humidifier and heaters. Very homey.

Is warm house, host given me a lot woods/ pine corn for burning. Bedsheet is clean and comfortable for sleeping. Natural Environment . I will come back next time. The room was very big, I felt very good in the house, it looked like home, with beautiful view, calm, peaceful, very clean, perfect instructions to check-in and out, WiFi worked perfectly, easy to park, ability to cook and the cutlery were provided, a towel was available too, a shop very close to the place and a little kind bar very close too, to eat a little thing and even drinking a hot chocolate, well - ALL PERFECT - Thank you!!
