Situated in Cluj-Napoca, 100 metres from EXPO Transilvania, Campeador Inn features accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. This 4-star hotel offers a bar.... The online application was pretty cool, you were able to adjust the "do not disturb" or "clean the room" options from there. Nice coffee machine and comfy bed. Shower pressure was strong and the temperature nice and hot. The area was quiet and there were quite a few shops & parks within walking distance and some further restaurants. All staff members we have encountered were really nice. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious and fresh; waiting staff was attentive. I've seen lots of comments about noise and all, but the hotel does not say anywhere it's soundproof; therefore, in those cases I bring earbuds with me and problem solved! The AC system worked, but it did come on and off randomly, yet I believe it may have to do with adjusting the temperature of the room. For us the room was always at a good temperature. The electricity would cut off every few hours, yet I believe it has to do with energy savings in case you leave the lights on when you leave the room. You just need to open the door and it comes back up. There was plenty of parking, but I would say on busier months you may have to park on the street. I like the simpleness of the décor and vibrant colour add on, but that's my cup of tea!

Hotel Athos R.M.T. is situated in a quiet and green residential area of Cluj-Napoca, yet close to the centre of this economically and culturally thriving city, offering very comfortable accommodation.... The welcoming, the friendliness, the way every situation that I had, they had a solution and an answer immediately. There was no point the I have received a negative answer, even if it was something out of their hands they would reply: “what we can do is…” I am referring to reception staff. Throughout my stay there were 3 shifts and they were all amazing, I m really sorry that I did remember their names. Amazing job!! And to top it up when we left we took 2 burgers “take away” very good ones indeed.
