Iedereen in het hotel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het welnesscentrum is top. Buffet bij ontbijt en diner is gevarieerd en lekker. Het uitzicht vanop de skybar, 14 hoog, is indrukwekkend. Hotel ligt vlak bij het strand. Met een shuttlebusje ben je heel snel in Constanța stad of in Mangalia wat zeker ook de moeote waard is om te bezoeken.
