St.Daniel is a wonderful biohotel with great character and heart. Amazing atmosphere, beautifully decorated, incredible hosts, wonderful staff, outstanding gastronomy with local ingredients only. A magic place. It is a very special experience to have a great memory of Slovenia. There is nothing not to like. I would repeat St.Daniel without a doubt. Set in a 16th century castle, Hotel Gredič is located in Ceglo in the heart of Brda Wine Area. The most beautiful setting to take in Slovenia. Do yourself a favor and walk around on the streets outside the hotel to take in all the views. Very friendly staff. Outstanding restaurant (one of the best meals we had) and the server suggested excellent wines and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Well appointed rooms and spacious bathroom.

We stayed in the new side of the hotel and loved the spacious rooms and design. The kids loved the pool. We were pleasantly surprised by the nice breakfast area offering so many choices to eat and drink. They even offered to cook scrambled eggs for our children. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We very much loved our stay at Toscanina. Firstly, we were warmly welcomed by the host of the hotel, who gave us even extra information regarding sights in the neighbourhood, restaurants and walks. We were offered help with our luggage. The bar normally closed at 9, but we were welcome to stay for a drink, even after closing time, which we found extremely friendly. Again they offered great advice regarding sightseeings and even for our further travelroute. The breakfast was excellent. There was a lot of different things to choose from and all very very good. They even waited to make the eggs so to make sure that they would still be warm. We overall very much enjoyed our stay and we would surely recommend this hotel.
