Staff was also very friendly & helpful - at the reception desk, the bar, as well as the kitchen. The bar/restaurant section is very nicely done. The property is kid-friendly with kid's playground outside as well as a large kid's room inside the main hotel building. Definitely recommend this accommodation. It is surrounded by nice, tall trees, so you do not see the other awful hotels and construction sites (yes, Jasna has recently been a constant construction site).

Spotless and well-equipped apartment with ski box and ski boot dryer. Excellent location. Ski buses depart just a few steps from the entrance. You can reach Jasna in 10-15 minutes. Check-in/out was smooth, and the staff was very kind and friendly. We got complimentary sparkling wine and coffee. Going to be our residency! Excellent value for your money. Highly recommended!

The staff was nice, room was clean and modern. Unlimited access to all pools and 3h / day ticket to the wellness. The wellness area is fabulous. Multiples saunas, outdoor jacuzzi and nice rituals every day. The hotel has Tesla chargers. We look forward for our next visit.
