Room was spacious with well equipped kitchen. Outside we had armchairs to relax and tables to have nice breakfast under coconut palm. It’s located in a quiet area in walking distance to the city. And right next to it there is Mexican restaurant with amazing food. What I also appreciated a lot was that they offer car rental - very convenient. Especially that we went there for windsurfing and the lagoon is approx 20 min by car from there. On top of that- Lukas, who runs the place is courteous, helpful and makes The Hut a super chillout spot. If I ever come back to Bonaire (I hope I will). I’ll definitely choose The Hut again.

Terra Boutique is a lovely little hotel, very well located in Pietermaai with great restaurants and shops nearby. This boutique hotel is very cozy and relaxing. The property gives access to a very small but entirely private beach right in the backward! Loungers are well disposed to enjoy the sun. Stairs with 6 steps down the beach and you’re in the ocean, and a great snorkeling spot! I suggest having the delicious little breakfast they provide on the backyard balcony, it’s about the best way to start your day. And finally, the staff is amazing (thank you Tirsa)! They make sure that you feel welcomed at Terra! They provide all the information you need and make sure you have a superb stay!

Boardwalk is an adults-only boutique hotel in the middle of a former coconut plantation, steps from Palm Beach Aruba. Gorgeous property- the photos don't do it justice. I was blown away when I arrived- it's so lush and stunning in every way, from the actual property itself to the individual casitas. You'll feel secluded and removed in the best way possible- attention to detail and design are magnificent. Would 100% return to Aruba, largely to stay at this property again. Staff was so friendly and helpful, and the little touches (like freshly brewed in-room iced tea and great toiletries) made the stay extra special. The room came well equipped with cooking gear, plenty of towels and other features (iron, hairdryer, extra pillows, safe, etc.) you may want on holiday. The spa was lovely- one of the best massages I've had outside of Southeast Asia, and it was nice to see a gym, albeit small, on property. Onsite restaurant (Eduardo's) is a healthy and refreshing change to most of the heavier island fare. Renting a car made it easy to get around the island, and parking was never an issue at the hotel (free and plentiful). I've traveled to nearly 70 countries, and this is easily one of the top places I've stayed. A gem in Aruba, for sure.
