The Park 304 Executive Serviced Apartment is located in Si Maha Phot, in the 304 Industrial Park district. Room was clean and comfortable. Smelled like maybe there had been a smoker prior to us. Like the fact there was a washing machine available for the room, however no laundry powder provided. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very limited, and dishes were low in volume or out of food altogether. Omelette took a long time to cook, and still came out somewhat raw. Not good, but not all bad either.

Phanhin Regent Executive Residence R.1 offers accommodation just 3.3 km from 304 Industrial park. Each room at this hotel is air conditioned and has a flat-screen TV and DVD player. Very surprised to find such a hotel in this location. It was large and the staf were very friendly. The swimming pool was large and clean. The food was good and everything in the room worked as designed. Overall a great place to stay. Catered for golfing enthuiasts.
