Very comfortable, with a desk and fridge, and within a 2-minute walk to the main road. It was quiet at night despite being near the hustle-and-bustle. Lady at the desk at check-in was nice. Highly recommend - I wish I could have stayed longer!

Ahmet at reception went absolutely above and beyond to assist with our stay, including assisting with transport options when information was hard to find. I’d stay here when in Kars every time.

The two brothers who work at the reception were kind and helpful and gave us good recommendations about things to do in Doğubayazit and good restaurants. They also speak very good English.

You're not going to beat this location with any other hotel, bar none. The hotel is new and in a super-nicely converted building (it's unclear what it was - but perhaps a large barn or stables of some sort) and it combines rustic features of old stone with nice new, warm wood. The rooms were nicely sized and comfortable and the bathrooms modern with all the amenities we were looking for. The hotel is adjoined to a popular cafe in Kars (which is also owned by them) and served up an overwhelming traditional Turkish breakfast everyday. Super value in this.

Excellent hotel, almost brand new and a great value! The staff is very polite and helpful. The room is good size with all amenities and excellent sound proofing. I was able to park my motorcycle in the underground garage so that was excellent. The breakfast was outstanding with a huge selection of everything and a fresh omelette station too.

Serkan was a very friendly staff member who was quick to answer to any questions we had and helped us out all the time...including whilst skiing! The room is also very cosy and the food was always plentiful and good. Definitely a hotel to recommend!
