Breakfast had a good variety. Hotel is right in front of the beach and is next to the square with lots of restaurants next to it. Good soundproofing.

We loved the location and thought that went into the design of the property. it was tastefully done with a lot of character. The location was amazing where one is right in the middle of the action by the Main Street and old town but at the same time tucked away into the peace and quiet of Villa Ephesus when needed. Okan and Hassan (owners) went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. The rooms are beautiful and with great amenities. Views are spectacular. highly recommend this place if you are looking for unique property different from the usual cookie cutter type.

Built in a renovated historical Greek house, Garden Palace Boutique Hotel Café&Bar has a garden with many turtles. Located in the city centre, the property is 2 km from Ladies Beach. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Garden Palace. The attention to detail and exceptional service provided by the two brothers, Recep and his brother, truly set this establishment apart. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality that made me feel like a valued guest. The hotel's serene garden and well-maintained surroundings provided a tranquil escape, and the comfortable rooms were impeccably clean and inviting. Every interaction with the staff was a delight, and their dedication to ensuring a memorable experience was evident throughout my stay. The Garden Palace Hotel is a hidden gem in Kusadasi, thanks to the dedication and hard work of Recep and his brother. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Although it looks better in the first offer photo. The terrace is impressive and the breakfast is pleasantly extended. Very good breakfast. Always something warm. Additionally, an omelet or fried eggs on request. Coffee from the machine. The staff was very nice and helpful. On the first day we arrived at 23.30. The gentleman from the reception helped us park at the hotel. He moved the railing and arranged for motorbikes to be parked from nearby restaurants. Thank you very much!
