Yingxi Pavilion was such a great experience! It is beautifully designed and set right at the foothills of the mountains so had a great feel to it. The breakfast is also definitely worth it. Most importantly, the owner went above and beyond to help us when we got into a spot of trouble so we felt very taken care of and appreciated that! Would recommend friends stay here.

What a wonderful place to spend a few days, I love this style of guesthouse. Hao and Lily are kind, caring hosts who treated us like family. We were staying here when the recent earthquake hit and Hao took personal interest in our safety and comfort after it happened. Expect true warmth and hospitality when you visit. The space is comfortable and the location is great too, in a quiet little neighborhood of Fushi village just down the road from the entrance to Taroko NP. I would definitely return!

Crossing The Rainbow Bridge B&B is located in Xiulin. Free cable internet access is available in public areas. Free private parking is available on-site. Teyra is a wonderful host. Particularly enjoyed the welcome song and learning about the indigenous people. He was also very helpful with restaurants. He has bikes that can be used for free. We cycled to Taroko park and to restaurants everyday. Teyra also lined us up with a great tour guide to get a thorough tour of Taroko Park. Finally, he picked us up and took us back to the train station. Fantastic visit.

Offering free bikes, Taroko Sialin coffee farm homestay features an extensive area of lush greenery with more than 2000 coffee trees. The location is nearby the Taroko Gorge. Lisa and Boya are very warm and kind hosts together with his son. Lots of vegetation and fruits to educate us. Room is spacious for 3-4 people. we have two Queen beds in our room and a shower area. Breakfast was homemade pancake and jams. We would love to come back again in the ner future. Also we would recommend this B&B to those who are looking to visit Taroko Gorge.

Hualien Taroko Mountain Dream B&B is located in Hualien, only a 5-minute walk from Taroko National Park. All rooms here will offer beautiful mountain views. Free WiFi access is available. A great B&B very close to the Taroko NP headquarter. Highly recommended!

Overlooking Pacific Ocean and Taroko Valley, Li Wu Zuo Cun B&B offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi access in Hualien. It features a large garden. Rooms here are all air-conditioned. We loved staying here so much! The best part, by far, was the kindness and hospitality that Daro and May showed us. They were so warm, thoughtful, and generous. Daro picked us up from the train station long after check in because we missed our first train. May helped us book a tour and gave us lovely recommendations on what to do in the area. Both were joyful and kind, and it’s clear that they have a beautiful life nestled in the mountains there by Taroko. The breakfast was so lovely and homemade, and had lots of variety, with a more traditional Taiwanese offering on one side and a more Western breakfast set up on the other. Our room was huge, so clean and comfortable, and had these gigantic windows that let in the most magnificent light. The B&B was surrounded by a garden around which family pets roamed and countless gorgeous butterflies floated about at all hours. The view is unbeatable - Taroko is right behind you, and you wake up to the sun coming over the mountains in a way that is just breathtaking. Can’t recommend staying here enough. So glad we did this instead of staying in Hualien, which was very reachable by taxi when we wanted to go to the night market, but instead we got to enjoy being five minutes from the park in the most beautiful home with the loveliest people!
