Everything is good there. I'm a nostalgic person so the stay was worth my liking. The remoteness makes it all comfortable. It cuts you off from the modern world and it's horrors. The staff is so disciplined. The hosts are really great people, when you visit it's like you have become apart of the family. The cottages are really nice. Very well ventilated to keep out bugs. The lake view is awesome. Oh my God the food 😃 It's safe from dangerous animals and reptiles. Star gazing is one of the must-do things while there, it's so beautiful. I could go about it forever.

They are fantastic. We never wanted for anything. The service was incredibly personal and they went above and beyond at every opportunity to ensure our comfort and happiness. There was quite a serious snafu with our gorilla permits and Anette and her staff bent over backwards to straighten it out for us. Without their intervention, we would have left Bwindi without seeing the gorillas. They saved our entire trip. I can't thank them enough. The gorilla trekking was absolutely the highlight of our stay in Uganda. If you are going, it is a must do - bucket list- incredible experience. That said, with total confidence, I highly recommend Gorilla Hills Eco-Lodge.

We had a wonderful stay :) There are a lot of activities you can book, we chose to rent a canoe in the morning and it was great fun!

Located in Bugambira, near Rushaga Gorilla Tracking, Rushaga Gorilla Lodge provides free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a garden and a terrace. Free private parking is available on site. EVERYTHING. It was in an amazing location overlooking Bwindi, with astonishing views. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the staff, Jennifer in particular were amazing. I even got a push start when my battery went :) The food was delicious. If you are considering booking here, then please do! It was the best place we stayed in the whole if Uganda & Rwanda.
