Hotellissa on aivan ihana ja auttavainen henkilökunta. Hotellin yleisilme on kaunis, hotellihuone oli siisti ja rooftop uima-allas upea! Myös aamupala oli loistava.

Great location, friendly staff. Especially the lady who works in the sky lounge on the top floor in the evenings. She treated us like royalty. The hotel also had the best breakfasts out of all our stays in other hotels

Lovely staff who are accomodating and help you with what you need/are looking for. We really appreciated the earlier check in at midday since we arrived at 7 am in Sapa.

Set within 12 km of Silver Waterfall and 14 km of Love Waterfall, Central Sapa Charm Hotel provides rooms in Sa Pa. Location is great. There is a massage center right at the lobby/entrance of the hotel. A highly recommendable Vietnamese Resto is right in front of the hotel. Shopping stores selling cheap clothes and jackets are just on the same block. A mini grocery is adjacent to the hotel. It takes a 5 minute walk to reach Sunworld (if you have plans of going to Fansipan) and a 10 minute walk if you're planning to be at the city center. Eric, the manager, is a genie! He could arrange everything from motorbike rental to laundry service to bus tickets, etc even in odd hours! He is super helpful and knowledgeable and made our trip hassle free. He is part of the charm of this hotel. The room we had is huge - they certainly didnt scrimp on space. Bed is very comfortable I wish I could stay there for a long time.

What a great hotel! I felt at home from the second I arrived until I left. Very nice room, clean and spacious bathroom and stunning views from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again!

Todella vieraanvarainen henkilökunta, joka pystyy toteuttamaan vaativammankin matkaajan toiveet ja järjestämään lippuja paikallisiin turistinähtävyyksiin. Hotellissa on hyvä maisemaravintola, jossa tarjoillaan erittäin mainiota aamupalaa.

Good location but also quiet as it is off the Main Street. Nice hot shower (although need to wait a little bit before the second person showers so that the water can heat again). Nice breakfast. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We paid extra to update to a room with heating because it was very cold when we were in Sapa. The heating in the upgraded room worked really well.

The hotel is very accessible, the hotel is literally just a few steps away from Sapa Station. It’s so easy to find a place to eat. The room did not disappoint and they had the most helpful and amazing receptionist!
