Whilst the Game sightings are limited, the scenery and rock art are fantastic.

I found the location to be perfect, easily accessible, and ample parking.

Offering panoramic views of the Cederburg Mountain Range, Simbavati Cederberg Ridge is located 7 km from Clanwilliam. Each suite has a private patio with mountain views. Spectacular property with incredibly friendly staff. We were greeted warmly by Craig and Marcus who, along with the staff went out of their way daily to make sure we were looked after with our specific itinerary. We are lucky to travel regularly around the world over the past decade, and this is easily one of the best places we’ve ever stayed.

Located within 44 km of Ratelfontein Station and 1.1 km of Clanwilliam Museum in Clanwilliam, Blue Mountain View Cottages provides accommodation with seating area. The location, our hosts (Leo and Jean), the accomodation: all was fantastic! We absolutely book their place again.

The hostess, Chantal was delightful and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Our room was super comfortable with a stunning view over the lake. Breakfast was the best we’ve had in any b&b anywhere.

Located in Clanwilliam, 44 km from Ratelfontein Station and less than 1 km from Clanwilliam Museum, The Little Gem provides spacious air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. As good as the facilities and room were the best thing about our stay was Ashley, the owner. She was born to be in the hospitality business. She went way out of her way to make our stay in Clanwilliam not a good stay but a great stay.

23 km from Citrusdal Golf Club, Latjeskloof Accommodation is a recently renovated property situated in Citrusdal and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. This place is a gem. A stunning property with everything you could need. It’s one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Great for couples getting away from it all. Beautifully designed property, lovely location. We didn’t leave for 3 days. Stock up with food and chill out with the wood fired hot tub at night and plunge pool during the day. A larger pool is also available. Very relaxing.
