We came here to take a break and relax after a busy work period. The place was perfect for that! We mostly stayed at the villa because we were feeling lazy, and there were occasional heavy rains. It felt like we were in a tropical paradise with European-style comfort. You can even have massage in your bedroom if you don't fell like going out :) The villa was very clean and you could tell it was built with care. Small details like the cool lights under the bed and nice soaps in the bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, cozy design made our experience awesome. Also, John, the host, was super friendly. He gave us great tips on where to find the best food on the island and other things to do. Overall, we would definitely come back again!

If you are lucky enough to score a room here, don't even hesitate before booking. We had such a wonderful experience right next to the beach in modern bungalows, where the owners served us breakfast on the porch every morning. There are only 4 bungalows and a private area ahead of the beach with comfortable sunbeds. They also offer paddle board, kayak, and games to play at the beach all to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Closeby are just enough restaurants to have lunch and dinner, and also you can walk for miles going west on the beach. Thank you for an excellent stay, we will come again!

We have been vacationing in Koh Samui for twenty-four years and this was our best stay. W Hotel is charming and lobby pool adds a nice touch, especially for the nightly fire dancers. Our room was surprising large compared to other top Samui hotels and included a private pool and spectacular view of the ocean over the adjacent forest canopy. I cannot begin to praise the staff enough. The buggy drivers were always helpful and during one rain storm they delivered us directly to our car in the parking garage thus avoiding a transfer in the rain in front of the hotel. The driver waited and then guided us out to the access road which was another nice touch. Food, especially the Thai options were delicious and surpassed the dinner we had at a nearby resort that has a lengthy discourse on the high quality of their chef and Thai food on their web site. We had several meals in our pool villa and the service was excellent and it was lovely to enjoy our private dining from our own deck overlooking the beautiful view. We also returned this trip for another excellent Japanese meal at the featured restaurant, Namu. It is not surprising why they continue to win awards after you enjoy their lobster with spicy noodles. Service was never farther than a call away and our requests were frequently handled by Aimee who is not only super-efficient but also charming. She met and exceeded our requests and also provided shopping tips and restaurant recommendations, It was interesting to compare our years of visiting Samui with here more recent experiences. W Hotel provides lovely rooms, great dining experience and an unmatched excellent staff and I would highly recommend staying there.

The entire staff was incredible at every turn. They truly anticipated our needs. I am vegan and I was educated on all the options and the kitchen staff made extra effort making my meals memorable. For breakfast the staff was extra kind and caring. I had pastries made just for me and by day 4 my girlfriend and I were presented with our favorite items and food suggestions according to our taste. The food was just so delicious. The grounds are taken care of by an army of workers making it the most beautiful place. The gym is large and stocked with pro gym equipment. You will not be disappointed if you are a gym rat like me. The views are amazing from so may locations on the property. This place is just candy for the eyes.

Fantastisk utsikt över norra delen av ön, inte lika varmt som nere vid kusten vilket var skönt. Rummen mycket välstädade och trevlig planlösning. vi bodde i Ocean view suite på 72 kvadrat, badrummet jättefräscht och stort. Finaste utsikten har sviterna på andra våningen, några på första våningen har viss insyn från poolområdet eller så skyms utsikten av restaurangen. Vi bodde i 925 och den hade fantastisk utsikt.Poolen väldigt fräsch och ren och har en magisk utsikt. välutrustat gym med både fria vikter och maskiner, öppet från tidig morgon och är gratis. Yoga och Pilates varje vardag morgon kl 07 i separat byggnad, ingen bokning behövs och det är också gratis. Tvätt erbjuds mot kostnad och är klar till nästa dag, väldigt smidigt. Frukosten väldigt bra, många olika varma rätter att välja på, allt ifrån ägg i alla former till fransk toast, medelhavstallrik, bacon etc. Färsk frukt, yoghurt med frön och nötter, bröd, croissanter, sallad, varma och kalla drycker, olika juicer - allt ingår Personalen är fantastisk, så otroligt hjälpsamma (tack till Mod) och alltid ett leende på läpparna. Det är väldigt brant från receptionen och upp till rummen och poolen men personalen erbjuder alltid skjuts med golfbilen. Kan varmt rekommendera Mantra!
