The view was second to none and the service rendered by the staff was amazing! It was my mother's birthday and they did a good set up of the room upon request. A special shout out to Nami who kept checking in to see how we are doing and what else we might need! She also went the extra mile and recommended us activities and special food places (that you don't usually get from travel vlogs) to go to. A great place with great service; me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Everything! The buffet breakfast is amazing, great location and the facilities are exceptional. Eventhough the weather was foggy, staying at this hotel made me enjoy my time in Sapa

We had a wonderful time at Eco Palms House ! The location was perfect with a stunning view of the rice fields. The staff is truly devoted to making our experience the best as possible ! (I even had a cake on my 30th birthday made by the cook). Nam (the hotel manager) is always friendly, warm and caring. The rooms are very comfortable with Vietnamese traditional decoration. We had the best sleep ! Thanks again so much for this amazing stay !

The hotel is brilliant - Nice a quaint yet has all the facilities and luxuries. The staff were amazing and managed to arrange a private cooking class with Sous Chef Mung. Was an amazing experience and Mung showed me the market and how to cook 4 traditional dishes (he then served it to me in the restaurant. Highlight of my trip and great to see such an experienced chef go about his business. Would 100% recommend and will come back again.

The place is amazing. The best accommodation we ever had. View of the mountains and rice fields. The swimming pool was also amazing. You can walk around and see how local people live, how they work on rice fields, and meet water buffalo :D

The rooms here have nice views and are clean, the staff is very helpful, the girl wearing glasses in the restaurant area is very friendly and cheerful!

Had the most wonderful stay here for our 10th wedding anniversary. Such a beautiful spot surrounded with the most breathtaking views! The sweetest and most helpful staff we have ever encountered. The room was perfect with amazing view and we enjoyed the amazing heated pool! They had even decorated our room for our anniversary when we got back from dinner complete with rose petals on the bed a full size cake and candles. Cannot thank you all enough for everything!!
