The property had only one drawback. We needed a lift as one traveler was unable to climb stairs. We were told there was only one stair to climb. The lift went to the 5th floor and the suite was on the 6th floor. In fact there were two full flights of stairs to climb and proved to be a serious problem.

The proper description of access to the suite was misleading. Lift only went to the 5th floor and our suite was on the 6th floor.

Positive section of review
The location is excellent right at the airport and well signposted so you can't get lost. There was no noise at all. You would never know you were at a busy airport. The bed was very comfy, the room was clean and the staff were lovely.

The plug in the bathroom basin jammed and wouldn't release but that can happen anywhere.

The location was great! We loved the the access to the Evian natural spring water. We did everything available in the area and would return. The apartment was just exactly what we wanted!

Access to the keys to the apartment was a challenge upon arrival. We had the incorrect code to access the keys but once we received the correct code that worked.

Good location for an early flight out of CDG and easy access via CGVAL. Check in & restaurant staff very friendly and food was sumptuous with great selection.

Breakfast was a good selection. Bed was very comfortable and a good Size. Bathroom was small but adequate with a good shower. Staff friendly and helpful.

Taxi booked to take us to Gare de Nord charged a booking fee of 7 euros and had 11 50 euros on the clock when we got in! It cost €41 I was told by the hotel clerk it would be about €20 - €25 !

Staff were lovely. The rooms were clean, as was the common areas. Very elegant styling. Like the lighting options in the room.

Carpet isn't ideal in hotel rooms. Some items were a little disheveled i.e. a loose bathroom tile, showerhead was loose, small things.
