It had wood blocks to step up onto the level for the shower and toilet. It was difficult with nothing to hold onto and very dark to try to us the bathroom at night without waking someone.

Code for door not working so had to use a key safe. I didn’t receive any text message about this. The cleaning wasn’t consistent. We weren’t given clean towels every day and they were tiny towels. No top up of teas and coffees, madeleines each day. Couldn’t change tv channel and basic not able to connect to phone. No instructions on using heating.

The design was lovely and a brilliant location. Had all facilities we needed. Great lift. Balcony with view of square. Bed comfortable.

Later check in wasn’t the best. Bedding for kids was a bit tight. Fine for younger children, a fold out bed would have been nicer.

The wireless did not work and it didn’t get resolved, althoughr we sent a message, until the next day when we caught the staff in heighbouring office door. This being the case the chromcast did not work.

The location is quite good and the view is very nice from the balcony of the room. The amenities of the room are perfect.

There was a misleading information on booking.com about the parking space: it is available for 20€/night but only for 2 suites, not for every room!!!! For other suites (including ours) you can park for 40€/day. You have to prepay for your suite when you book so you can have the access code for the building and for your room. The former worked, the latter did not; we asked for assistance and we received immediately a new code, but it didn’t work either, so they gave us a physical key. The wifi password did not work either, so again we asked the staff for help which they gave us right away. To summarise, we really enjoyed our stay, the staff was incredibly helpful and nice, but given the price of the suite we encountered too many issues.

there was not sufficient air conditioning for this time in Lyon (in June, when it was around 32 degrees outside). it got very hot and uncomfortable to sleep. there are only curtains separating the bedroom and the living room, so our daughters didn’t sleep well because my husband was snoring.

the property is in the center of Lyon - walking distance to Bellecour place and subway stop. very convenient, car is not needed. we had our daughters with us (12 and 15 year old). they slept on the long sofa that’s in the common/kitchenette area. the place is very nicely furnished. we also were able to park our car (at a price).

would have given it a 10 until found out that the aircon wasn’t working well (not cold at all). Opened windows but ended up inviting mosquitoes and got lots of mosquito bites. Whole family didn’t sleep well. Ask if the aircon is working well if u booking. if yes it is a 10/10 place for family on a road trip.

Superb location that is near walking distance to old town, funicular, and luxury shopping. spacious with private parking. perfect for family on a road trip. I asked to be allowed to park my car for 2 more hours after check out and was granted quickly.

to get into the room you had to take a stair. only one person could take a shower because tegen water could not get away. very inconvenient because I texted them this but the reaction came the next day that they would report it.

Actually it's not an hotel but appartment. After booking, mi hotel contacted me -> I paid the room by credit card-> mi hotel sent me the access code for the building and the room. So if you are expected the concierge service on front desk, it's not the place. Check in is 17h, too late.

Some easy to read instructions on how to work everything would have been good or else a heads up that these could be found on the iPad on the wall… too much of our time was wasted figuring this out. The TV in the bedroom wasn’t connecting properly and whilst the very helpful staff fixed this straightaway it continued to do it each time.. I had watched the process that the staff had followed so I just fixed it myself but it was annoying each time. The aircon is nowhere near sufficient.. it merely keeps the bedroom area slightly less warm and only if you keep the thick partition curtains closed. This was a big let down since it was the main reason for booking this particular apartment especially during a heatwave. The staff did supply two fans instead of one to try and help with this. There were no curtains/blinds in the bathroom which was very overlooked. This was completely unacceptable and although the apartment was very nicely done this alone would stop me from ever booking it again.
