For people who are physically not fit reaching the hotel is a bite difficult to reach by foot, because of the inclined roads.

Location is very central near the market. Rooms were neat and clean with al basic facilities. The breakfast was very variated with enough options to choose. Rooftop view is amazing. Food of Eva restaurant is delicious. Especially the pasta is over delicious. Staff is really friendly.

Drinks at bar are pretty pricy. Room small but comfy.

Mert (with earing) was fantastic to deal with. Helped us find things in town. Hamum was nice, and great to unwind, get exercise and massage. Staff everywhere were great. View from breakfast area/bar was stunning. I've been to Istabul many times. This view from Europe to Asia over the Bosphorus has to be best in Old City. Go there for view if nothing else. 7 minute walk to historic sites, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar and Bosphorus.

My only suggestion would be to open the pool and gym earlier. 9am is too late when you are aiming to have breakfast and be out sightseeing by ideally 9am. Doesn’t really give a guest time to enjoy those facilities before breakfast.

Beautiful building and amazing rooftop terrace for breakfast and relaxing! The views and sunset are sensational. The staff are some of the loveliest and kind people and we felt very looked after. Thank you for an amazing trip!

Not far from main attractions but on a hill and was very hard to get back to the hotel. No eateries or bars and shops nearby.

The room hasn’t a real window, just a door to the inner atrium. You can not ventilate just with an air coditioner.

The hotel location is perfect for visiting Istambul famous places. Ten minutes walking from the most tourist sites. The room was comfortable for three of us. Clean, modern environment. Every day cleaning, coffee, tea, bottled water. The beds were good and the room was quiet. From the restaurant the view was spectacular to the Bosporus and the city. The stuff was very kind and helpful. Recommended!

I was disappointed of the roads leading to the hotel, they are most most of the day time closed for transportation. The hotel is located in a high place makes it difficult to walk on foot, especially for the elderly Breakfast is expensive compared to the quality and options offered

Excellent location and lovely hotel. The view from the rooftop restaurant terrace is fabulous. Great breakfast. The biggest asset of this hotel is the staff. Staff were friendly, welcoming and always helpful. The spa is lovely and again the staff exceptional. We had the hamman treatment which was great and reasonably priced.

Clean, supportive staff, good food, Very new FREE facilities (gym, swimming pool, Sona). There are other services you need to pay like massage, Turkish Hamam The hotel in general is great and the staff is helpful and professional. The hotel close to Sirkeci metro station (walking distance of 7 minutes) and Eminonu Mosque/ Maydan (5 min).. The hotel is close to Mahmoud Pasha bazar. The area is very quiet, especially at night, and there is a police office next to the hotel. It should be noted.. the hotel is located on a hill.. it may be difficult for the elderly or family who have kids using trolley..it was fine for us as we were a young couple and teenagers.

Breakfast was really delicious, with many options. All foods looked very fresh, attractive. Breakfast area is at roof top with amazing views of the city. The staff are very kind, friendly and attentive to guests' needs. Hotel rooms are very clean and modern.
