The location was prime, located in a road with bars, clubs, and eateries, just 2 blocks away from Taksim square and main shopping road. The room was ample with a wardrobe, mini fridge, desk, sofas, kettle, cups and a few complementary coffee sachets and sugar cubes, very convenient for that morning coffee.! The room was exactly as per the pictures posted when I booked the room, so no surprises there. Sanem (hotel manager) was very welcoming and provided exceptional customer service.

All the facilities was what I expected and easy locations to town was easy to get to .the barman mr Samad always knew what I drink every day and made my stay very enjoyable as well as ms Halls of customers service. I will be back
