The One Hotel Barcelona is the epitome of comfort. The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. The beds are the comfiest, and I can't wait to return! The rooftop bar serves great cocktails, drinks, and food, and the downstairs restaurant is great too. Nacho Peinado, Concierge at The One Barcelona, is exemplary - his suggestions and advice on where to dine were spot-on with every recommendation. Nacho, who served us in the rooftop bar and throughout the hotel, was also helpful and friendly, as were all staff throughout The One Hotel. Roger makes excellent cocktails. If you're unsure about anything - ask, and the staff will help. I'm impressed with the level of service received during our stay. Rooms have varying sizes, the in-room facilities are excellent, and as far as I know, only the eighth floor has balconies. It is worth the extra to have a larger room and the street views are lovely. Friendly staff, delicious food, comfortable bed, clean property. Front desk had recommendations for us on everything we wanted to do and see. They made it so easy to get around and learn about Barcelona. I was worried about the traffic and hearing the noise of it, but you couldn’t hear anything with the soundproof doors.

Lovely staff, the service was exceptional! They had very good recommendations for nice places to eat. A lot of nice restaurants in the area, and loved that the hotel is a little outside of the main shopping area with a lot of tourists. It is a very quiet hotel, where almost none of the noice outside is noticeable, as the rooms are facing away from the streets. The room was beyond both our expectations, with a very modern room, and balcony, we really enjoyed our stay! Nice colours, clean, comfortable, and very good air conditioning. The price is very very good for this little bubble in the city! 10/10

Excellent location, warm-homey feel with extremely nice and gracious hosts! From the minute we checked in the hosts made us feel right at home. The gentleman that checked us in gave us a run down of the city and some recommendations. The place itself was a bit different at first, as it seems like a big flat that was converted into a small boutique style hotel. This adds to the charm though, with warm decor, a kitchen with free drinks, ice cream, tea, coffee, and a dining area that can also be used to work. Several metro and bus stops are only 2-3 minutes away, and everything is flat and very walkable. There a tons of bars and eateries near by, and this place was just at the center of it all! Lastly, I just wanted to thank the staff for allowing us to check out a little later, and to hang out in the dining area as we worked and killed a few hours before taking a high speed train. Again, everyone was more than helpful and kind to us and we couldn’t recommend this place enough to anyone who asks. When back in Barcelona, we will love to stay here again. Thank you Conica!
