Breakfast was very good and traditional with home made delicious yogurt and pancakes. The staff was great, it really made the difference and we are very grateful for this. The Riad also offers a range of amenities, including a hamman, spa, bar, and lunch and dinner options, ensuring that guests have everything they need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. What really sets the Riad Palais Sebban apart is the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. The team is professional, friendly, and always happy to help guests in any way possible. They speak excellent English, so communication is not a problem, and they go above and beyond to make sure that all guests feel welcome and taken care of. One of the highlights of our stay was the included breakfast, which was delicious and varied. Although we had to leave early for a desert tour, the staff was kind enough to prepare breakfast for us to take away, allowing us to enjoy a tasty meal on the go. While some guests may be tempted to book a room with a private terrace, we found that the public terrace was incredible and offered great views of the city. All in all, the Riad Palais Sebban is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a stylish and luxurious riad in the heart of Marrakech. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was great. The staff went out of their way to arrange breakfast very early in the morning, before the start of normal breakfast hours. The dinner at the restaurant onsite was one of the best meals I had in over 2 weeks in Morocco. True to the meaning of her name, Ms. Ikram was very helpful and welcoming. She handled herself professionally, despite some upset and combative guests I observed during check-in who were stupidly enraged over the normal price of a private car service (as opposed to a public taxi). Staff members helped move all my luggage and walked me to an ATM.
