Battistero Residenza d'Epoca is situated in Pistoia and features a bar. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. Perfect place in a very small town. We are cycling and were warmly welcomed. Great room and breakfast. Super friendly and helpful host.

Set within 17 km of Montecatini Train Station and 36 km of Santa Maria Novella, Dimora Storica Palazzo Puccini offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Pistoia. The accommodation is in a city hotel, which means walking distance to the city, sights, bars, restaurants, which is great. Parking is available in the nearby parking house (cost 15 EUR/day, there are no free parkings). The room was on the first floor, elevator is available, which makes everything easier. It was spaceous, comfortable and clean. We had a room next to the elevator, but heard no additional noise due to that. We had a remote check-in as the reception works only until 7 p.m., but had no problems with the entry. We met the staff in the morning at breakfast and they are very kind (a lady did come to say hello in the evening, but we still do not know who that person was as the receptionist on the phone said noone is there after 7 p.m. :-)) Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choice and served in a very stylish room.

Max is a superb host. Breakfast is a very plentiful spread of cereals, breads, meat, cheeses and pastries, as well as excellent coffee which Max himself makes for you.
