Tutto veramente bello, stanza molto ampia e e ben arredata. La colazione è varia e buona. Lo staff tutto molto disponibile dalla reception alla sala ristorante. Posizione centralissima si può andare a piedi per tutto io centro tranquillamente. Grazie ancora del bellissimo soggiorno.

The staff are very helpful especially front office dilnaz and Deniz. They helped us for the touring of resort . The bell boy treated us with kazakistan traditional sweets . Dilnaz and Deniz they coordinate for our buggy tour. The story about the property and the construction of the property was explained by them. Swimming pool is the best experience I got here. Must visit place. Don't miss swiss hotel if your in Almaty
