Situated right in the midst of the Hanoi's Old Quarter, we were within walking distance of iconic landmarks such as the enchanting Train Street, the serene Hoan Kiem Lake, and the awe-inspiring Joseph's Cathedral. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is its immediate proximity to the charming sidewalk eateries, bustling day market streets, and the multitude of cafes that dot the sidewalks. It effortlessly immerses you in the lively and energetic atmosphere that defines Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Despite its bustling surroundings, the Hanoi Salute Hotel & Spa is a peaceful sanctuary. Tucked just two shops away from a bustling junction, it offers a serene retreat where you can enjoy a restful night's sleep, undisturbed by the city's vibrant pulse. Cleanliness is of paramount importance to any traveller, and this hotel excels in this regard. Our room was clean, with no hint of stickiness on the bathroom floor nor any smell of cigarettes. The meticulous attention to detail in maintaining a high standard of hygiene was evident throughout our stay. We highly recommend paying a visit to the Aha café just two shops away at the junction. Sipping on a cup of aromatic Vietnamese coffee while perched on the petite chairs, watching the mesmerizing traffic weave its chaotic dance, is an unforgettable experience that perfectly encapsulates the essence of Hanoi's Old Quarter. However, what truly elevated our stay to a remarkable level was the exceptional staff. Their warmth, friendliness, and eagerness to assist knew no bounds. They effortlessly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

Excellent service. The reception was magnifique!! Quick checking clear explanations of all about the hotel and about how to move around the Hanoi and possible excursions. Only to help not to pressure to sale you anything. Always helping to anything. Last day we had and early taxi ti the airport and they had a breakfast bos ready for us. Location excellent near everywhere. They make us an upgrade a nice detail. The rooftop terrace bar excellent on the night for a fresh air a good drink and music.

In assoluto 10 per la loro disponibilità sia Lucy che Tony sono stati sempre pronti ad aiutarci. Tony ci ha organizzato tour e spostamenti, ci ha reso il viaggio molto più facile e siamo state contentissime. All'hotel non manca niente, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, pulito, letti comodi, e posizione centrale ad Hanoi.

Accoglienza super, a partire da Hana che ci ha aiutato ad organizzare i nostri tour, ci siamo sentite tantissime volte ed è stata sempre professionale e disponibile.
