Superbly renovated old madrasa in the heart of Bukhara, the staff and the owner were amazing, so helpful and kind. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, with lots of variety and homemade savoury foods. The premises and sumptuous with the indoor beautifully decorated garden and relaxing spaces, bed super comfortable, bathroom very modern and I highly recommend 💙 thank you again for the magnificent stay, greetings from Canada. The guesthouse is wonderful! It is only a 2 minute walk to all the important sights, close to restaurants and cafes and at the same time in a quiet corner, away from the very touristic part. The hosts are just beautiful people, so caring and helpful with everything, despite the language barrier. We had a train to Khiva at 0:30 am and they even offered us to take a rest and shower, before leaving to the train station at 9 pm, even though we hadn't booked the room for that night. The breakfast is tasty and a lot. The room was very big with air conditioning and a nice and clean bathroom and a great shower. WiFi worked perfectly as well. We would always come back and can highly recommend it. Thanks for all!

Spent a few nights at Sezam. This place was exceptional. The family was very hospitable and kind to me, a very friendly family. Bed was comfortable and cozy during my stay. The price is extremely affordable. The food was great. The location is the best in all of Bukhara. This place is a must stay, you will not regret it. Had the chance to meet locals and other travelers while staying here, and they were all a friendly bunch. I enjoyed my stay a lot, the locals of Bukhara are very relaxed. Thank you so much for making my trip wonderful.

The place is nice, secluded and calm. The staff was really helpful always willing to help even before we arrived. It's within walking distance of main tourist places in Bukhara. The apartment is great, clean and you will find everything you need. Besides that, we had a big water bottle in our room to use, with summer heat that was a relief. Breakfast was delicious and we had several options to choose from, besides, having breakfast in the garden is really nice!
