I was welcomed very warmly by receptionist upon my arrival, he was very informative and kind. Hotel is beautifully designed, spot clean and very well designed. Rooms are big and bright with personalized hotel amenities and staff is very polite and helpful.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Rafa is the nicest person and is always willing to help. The food is amazing and very good value for money. The rooms are very clean and super comfortable. The hotel is situated in the centre of the old city and it makes walking to all attractions very easy and quick. The bus stations and metro is also very close to the hotel. It’s honestly the perfect hotel!

Barrio del Carmen is 400 metres from the property. the staff was very courteous and especially helpful with parking considering the fact that it is located in the center of town; they also facilitated me with the check out time. The apartment is not in the main building but it is really very close and easily accessible; they accompanied me; the apartment is modern, well furnished, clean, spacious, comfortable for a family of 3 or 4.

The unique Caro Hotel is housed in a 19th-century palace in central Valencia, just 200 metres from Valencia Cathedral. Location of the place was great. Nice and cozy rooms. We even got a free upgrade without asking. Particularly, the service and the staff were outstanding. Seldomly seen this in other hotels. Definitely a place where you become happy.
