The hostess was helpful, kind and always in touch. It is convenient to go by bus to the city center. There is a nice supermarket in the same building. Getting the keys and returning them was quick and without any delays. Especially convenient is the availability of parking nearby, which is included in the price of the reservation. The kitchen had everything you needed (from spices to pans). I recommend to visit the apartments, and we will definitely come back when we are in Valencia.

Situated in Valencia, Travel Habitat Patraix Suite con Terracita is a recently renovated accommodation, 3.1 km from Church of Saint Nicolás and 3.2 km from Norte Train Station. We came in an early flight and the staff was so nice to let us before the check in time, such a nice gesture! The place has all the commodities one needs, it's clean and the location is as described. Close to the apartment there are many supermarkets, the bus line is really close and if not is a 20-25min walk to the center. We were welcomed with some amenities

A recently renovated property, Luxury Apartment in Valencia City center is situated in Valencia near Church of Saint Nicolás, Norte Train Station and González Martí National Museum of Ceramics and... We had a wonderful time at Arsan's flat in Valencia. The flat was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our work and leisure. The wifi was fast and reliable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the balcony had a great view of the city. Arsan was an amazing host, very friendly and responsive. He gave us some great tips on where to eat, shop, and explore in Valencia. The flat was exactly as shown in the pictures, with no unpleasant surprises. We highly recommend Arsan's flat to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Valencia. It was probably the best "working" flat we've ever been to. Thank you, Arsan, for making our trip so memorable!

The location is within walking distance to the city centre and main attractions. Esther is absolutely lovely and was very helpful and kind. The property is very clean and tidy with everything provided that you need. It felt like a home away from home. Amazing value for money!

The bathrooms hot water available whenever we wanted to use it. Beds were comfortable. The neighbourhood was safe. Overall it was an amazing stay
