Location is great, people that own this place treat you like a Family. My husband had a bday during our stay,and they had a nice surprise for him including bday cake. We all danced and had fyn together.Hasan is the handy man that can fix everything. Soso and her husband are amazing. They will arrange any transport that you need . You can walk to piramids, would highly recommend. Thank you very much for everything.

The staff at the hotel (Khalid, Abdul, Nader and the owner himself Mr. Lido Walid) were so approachable and helpful with everything that I needed. Such nice people to also talk to. The hotel provides a beautiful view of the pyramids. I enjoyed having breakfast every morning looking at the pyramids. Also took car services provided by the hotel. It was a very smooth and comfortable stay. My Lido Walid was very helpful and happily provided everything required for a comfortable stay.

This was my second stay at Pyramids Guest House. Yousef and his staff are absolutely hospitable. Yousef is amazing. He treats you and welcomes you like family. He's always ready to help if you ever need anything too. Great view of the pyramids and good facilities to make your stay comfortable. The local neighborhood is lively, entertaining and friendly too.

The owner Mahmoud is a cosmopolitan optimistic and helpful man who speaks perfect English and knows everything you would ever need to know about Cairo and Egypt. Truly helpful and kind. The manager Esra, and other workers I met, Dua, Yusuf, Machmood, and Nusa are also incredibly helpful, easy-going and all around great people. Esra is also the very best guide to the pyramids that there is! Before booking with anyone else I recommend checking to see if she's available. I loved the beds, the room, the view, the cleanliness, comfort and style and they even have an incredibly affordable and delicious cafe right on the roof! I liked this hotel so much that I extended my stay beyond my original plans. If you're reading this and looking for a place within a two minute walk of the pyramids and in this price range, you're pretty lucky, because you won't need to continue searching. This is definitely the right place!

I was worried because I booked it last minute as a last option but it turned out to be an absolute hidden gem in Cairo!!. The room size is decent and it was clean. Everyone there is helpful and kind. The place is cozy and has warm vibes. I was upgraded to a Pyramids view room which I was so grateful for. Waking up to the site of the great and mighty pyramids gave me chills! They offered tours and transportation with a good price! However, I didn't use this service because I've already been to all the sites with nearly double the price:( . I'm regretting not staying my whole trip in Cairo here and taking advantage of this service :( . The location was everything!! It's near the pyramids and the new Museum (GEM). You can find restaurant and mini markets every where around the hotel. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and definitely recommend it if you're searching for a cozy hotel near the pyramids.

Breakfast was enough and excellent quality. It was Mr Mahmoud and his family, who were kind, friendly and customer-focused, made my stay special. I felt valued and been treated like a family member. This amazing accommodation and host family deserve a tourism award for their hard work and best service.
