Breakfast provided was delicious and the falafel was one of the best that we had in Egypt. We were vegan and Dr Susan made sure to serve us vegan breakfast by modifying it. Dr Susan treats guests like family members. She will make sure the guests are always comfortable and care for them like her own kids. We had late evening bus to Aswan on the day of checkout but Dr Susan allowed us for late checkout. That was really nice gesture from her. We wish we could have stayed more. But we are surely gonna be back just to meet the super wonderful hard working lady Dr Susan. We will miss you mam..
