Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The atmosphere is serene being in the city centre. It's easy to explore the city from here and catch the bus if you need to head out of old town. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with storage space for all your belongings. Everything about the monastery is perfect, my favorite is the breakfast, reflective room and their amazing variety of inhouse tea blends. The shared bathrooms are cleaned several times a day, every time I used them it seemed they were just cleaned.

CanadaWhen we arrived there was no parking. We went I to the lot, went inside, and asked the staff about parking and then we were charged for going over 15 minutes time that it took to determine there was nothing available. It would be better if there was someone at the hotel parking lot to indicate when the lot is full and give suggestions for alternative parking. It took us over an hour to find the underground parking. It was quite stressful.Many of the roads have detours marked on them and others are one way. We finally parked at the hospital, in the dark. The hospital is not marked as a hospital. It is marked as a hotel. We had to hump our luggage several blocks up hilly roads and stairs. This is quite dangerous for elderly or people with walking difficulties. perhaps the hotel should provide a shuttle for their clients.
Quiet and clean. Breakfast is exceptional.

Very comfortable, quiet room. Nice view of the Monastere's courtyard. Considerate staff. Great bathroom. The facilities are unique, in that they are on the upper floor of a museum and monastery with active practicipants. For eg , the breakfast room observed meditative silence (excellent breakfast with many choices including healthy foods)
