Hotel undergo reconstruction work. Whole ground floor undergo those works + area around hotel too. Airport shuttle ticket was bad surprise - you can buy ticket directly in a shuttle for 6 EUR and hotel sell you the ticket for 8 EUR

The room was too warm and the air conditioning didn`t work correctly. We opened the window but then the aircraft noise from the airport was quite loud.We tipped the windows when we left the room to cool it down

Hard to reach by public transportation. Only by uber, bolt which is more expensive For an airport area hotel it would be nice to have shuttle service for 10 eur like other hotels for example

The hotel is just starting, probably that’s why still not fully operational. If you have to stay for a night because of connecting flights, it could be an option.

the entrance was crowded by bar visitors who stood outside to smoke. the room walls wasn't sound proof so we could hear sounds from the next room.

Breakfast lacked. We've lived in Germany for many years now and have grown accustomed to veggie options and decent breads at breakfast. The tiny brot options were not a good quality. Dinner was exorbitant costing €67 for two entrees and two beers.

We were really appreciative of the family room layout having two kids 2-years-old and under. The crib was helpful. The location of the hotel was also perfect. Less than 10 mins to the airport terminal. Parking in front of the hotel cost €18 but it was very convenient.

The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned after the previous guests. There were cigarette butts left in the bathroom bin - I guess the guest smoked in the bathroom and the bin clearly wasn't emptied after checkout. Because of them, the whole bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke and I was confused where it was coming from until I found them. Also, the shower gel bottle was empty - I guess the housekeeping staff forgot to check and refill (thankfully, I had my own). I reported both issues to the reception at checkout and they apologised for the inconvenience, so hopefully it will improve in future.

I stayed only one night, chose this hotel because of the location close to the airport. It was not walking distance but close enough by taxi/uber. The room was quiet and comfortable, no issues at check in. It's just a standard 4-star hotel near an airport.

No restaurant or pool facilities open. Problem with the airport shuttle: we were overcharged, not told until the last minute that we would have to walk down the road to catch it, and not given tickets, so the driver was very upset. He wanted to not let us on, and when we presented evidence of having paid, he said that since we didn't have tickets, he would have to pay out of pocket for our rides. We reimbursed him in cash for this. So we ended up paying close to 3 times what we should have for the shuttle, plus the stress for ourselves and the driver.

Booking.com website indicated free airport shuttle, which was wrong and misleading. Turns out the shuttle from the airport was free but to get from the hotel back to the airport they charge 8 euros per person.

There were stairs with no lift to our assigned room. There is no coffee making facilities. The instructions on how to get a shuttke were very poorly communicated.

Their website shows a shuttle to/from Fraport, but there are no further explanations. When I called them, they explained to me, where I would find the pick up/drop off place but conveniently to mention, that the shuttle is only running at certain times. So I waited at the airport for 2.5 h.... I could have picked a later train to get there had I known in advance.

Staff was really nice and helpful on arrival albeit they couldn't correct the booking and the price - one traveller instead of two, they said this would be up booking.com directly.

At 10pm people entered our rooms because they were issued room keys. Embarrassing moment and staff apologized. Wife and kids were asleep already and this safety issue would keep me from ever staying there again

There was no still water available, not even to buy! We had to go out to buy water in the middle of the night! The check-in was too slow, we had to wait almost 20mins at the counter while they filled up information. The rooms were comfortable and clean.Breakfast was also ok
