We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Had a small "noise problem" from other guests sitting outside having a drink and staff gave me a really good room to the back on the next stay on our way back home, thank you!! SwitzerlandThis hotel is some distance 1.5km from the main train station. So if you come by car this is a great hotel. But if you take the public transportation think twice especially with children.
The room was very clean, and the staff provided detailed instructions. Plus there is free sizzling water and tea for the evening. Very enjoyable hotel.

United KingdomThis is the second time we have stayed at this property and both times the bedrooms had lots of ants in them. It’s not a huge deal but we had cats with us and they kept eating the ants which I presume probably isn’t the best idea! I told the staff but they said they have previously tried to deal with the ants problem with poison etc but they have pretty much given up trying now saying “it’s nature”. I think they really need to try to figure out where the ants are getting into each of the rooms and fill the holes. There is nothing nearby to eat really. You always have to order an Uber eats / deliveroo for dinner. Breakfast is provided in the hotel though which was good except for the scrambled eggs which seems to be some weird mixture of real eggs and powdered eggs. Just that one item wasn’t nice, all the rest of the food was great.
