Absolutely perfect place - new and clean. The most modern building in Paralia. Every time when I read reviews and see “very friendly staff” I’m thinking that the guy who’s writing this has nothing else to say. But for this place it’s absolutely true that all the staff is really friendly and also give you different ideas for restaurants and beaches, including discounts for them.

Everything! The hotel was amazing and worth every penny. The staff were all very lovely and welcoming. They made you feel comfortable! Location was also great- 5 minute walk to the beach and very central to all shops and restaurants. Definitely a visit trcommrndation! =)

Accomodation on the groud floor, which had a direct and separate access to the streets, felt somewhat uncomfortable. The street noise was extensive, and was only silenced by closing the windows.

Amazing hosts, very polite and caring, the rooms were very very clean and tidy. We had many restaurants around the place, and also immediate technical assistance when needed.

Limited parking, but this seems to be the case with most hotels in the area.

Front desk staff were extremely friendly and courteous. Hotel was newly renovated, very clean, and had great AC. Location was less than 2 min walk to beach. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel, I would stay there again if I ever travel to Greece again.

We would say there is no other place we would rather be when visiting Paralia Katerinis. The rooms are lovely, with modern designer furniture giving romantic atmosphere. It is very clean and maintained excellent. The manager Stavi is very sweet, hospitable and responsive. Great location, with everything that you need only a few feet away - restaurants, the beach, nice clubs etc. I recommend to everyone who wants to feel special and enjoy their stay. ❤️❤️❤️

The host Stavi is the most prettiest person I have ever met, she is very communicative. sweet and accessible. She gains trust from the first words. Everything was perfect. Apartment was brand new, very modern and cozy, private parking, and near to city center. What to say more, brilliant! Definitely I am gonna visit again next year!

It was close to the beach and the center of the city. The host was very kind and gave us really warm welcoming. Near the hotel there was a blue flag beach which was also nice. The rooms were very clean and cosy. It’s absolutely gorgeous place to stay in.

this property is newly refurbished and close to local amenities but what makes it truly spectacular is the staff. front desk management was beyond excellent. we arrived late to the venue (1:30am) as the flight was severely delayed but the hotel manager whatsapped us to check how we were doing and then stayed / waited up and personally greeted us to welcome us on our arrival. it’s these small touches, along with tips of where to get the best pastries and seafood in the town and ideas for day excursions she even helped us book a spa appointment to get a quick manicure before a wedding we were attending. The overall spectacular service, helpfulness and a genuine desire to make our short stay truly great is so rare - and ultimately what makes this hotel a fantastic place to stay!

Without a doubt the BEST accomodation in Katerini Paralia. Having travelled extensively throughout Aus and Greece, this remains my favourite. It exceeds all expectations This was my 2nd stay in 2 months at SKS. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by Stavroula the Manager. She always goes above and beyond and so friendly and knowledgeable. The staff are extremely friendly, the atmosphere is so special you immediately feel at home. The rooms and ambience simply AMAZING, super clean. I'm extremely fussy with cleanliness and SKS do NOT disappoint! The beds are so comfortable and it's evident everything in the rooms are top of the range and of the best quality. Even if tried I cannot fault them. The photos are exactly 💯 accurate. I would HIGHLY recommend SKS and I'm so looking forward to going back in the future. Thank you to Stavroula & staff for your outstanding & unmatched hospitality.
