“Lovely welcome on arrival.Reception Team very friendly. Room lovely with river view spoke to a couple of housekeeping team very pleasant. Had breakfast which was nice it's table service it would be nice to have a buffet for your Juices Fresh Fruit Yogurt Cereal etc and then the hot food to order . I asked for a flat white coffee but it was given just black coffee in a pot. It wasn't a big deal but just say we don't have that available or you don't understand the order. There was a few of the Team around but not much interaction which just left the experience a bit flat.”
