Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food and drink in the courtyard in the evening was a lovely peaceful way to finish the day.

The whole of Naples was covered in graffiti, rubbish, dog pooh and dowdey on the whole. That was an eye opener. We were warned about crime, pick pockets etc and thankfully didn't see any of that. The crazy moped riders going down the side streets, even with a no entry sign on them was terrifying and annoying. There is no casual ambling walking in this area. Our room stank of mould/damp. We think it was from the shower which leaked really badly. So when the air con hadn't been on all day (as we were out) you came back to an awful stench :-o

This hotel is in a great location to use as a jumping off point to other places - ie using the train/metro. There are restaurants a short walk away, but past 9pm the square just outside has a lot of drunk and weed smoking people. That didn't feel very comfortable to walk past. The breakfast was great! Always being replenished and lots to offer. Domus Helena in Rome still beats it though! :-p They ran out of brown bread and brown rolls by 8:30am :-/ The bacon was only shown to a cooker of some variety, it was so pale and didn't look good at all. The salad was great though.

The staff are wonderful -- and being able to a lovely breakfast and evening drinks & snacks in the inner courtyard were such welcome benefits. I stayed for over a week for work and personal travel and all the Piazza Bellini staff made me feel very comfortable. They were also very responsive to questions through the app and in person. All round a great team and a very nice place to stay!

The room was outstanding, it had everything, including two separate sleeping areas and two bathrooms, fantastic view of the square and the sea and Vesuvius beyond. There was plenty of hooks and shelves and the room was very well air conditioned. There was a safe and a fridge and a kettle and even a seating area with television. The courtyard was beautiful and a lovely place to sit for drinks (with amazing free nibbles) and we also enjoyed breakfast there too. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied and very fresh. The hotel had some lovely little seating areas for curling up with a book if the weather wasn’t great. Felt very safe and left our luggage while we explored with no worried about it at all.

There was nothing not to like.

We stayed for a full week. It was an economy room which was perfectly comfortable. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Staff were delightful. The location was perfect- convenient for the sights, but away from the traffic.

The location was good for getting around Napels. We used the hop on hop off bus to find our way around. 2 of the stops are a five minute walk from the hotel to them. It is very convenient for seeing the sights, especially with kids. You can get your tickets from the hotel reception staff. However, once you have got your bearings, the hotel is conveniently situated within working distance of most sights and the main shopping street, which will get you directly to the port of napels. Staff are friendly and helpful. The courtyard is lovely to have a drink after a busy day sightseeing. The hotel is situated on a street with restaurants and bars so you don't have to go far to sample the local cuisine. The apartment we stayed in was large, clean, and comfortable. It benefits from 2 toilets always handy when you have a family.

Our suite had a loft with slick wooden stairs which I mentioned to one of the staff as the ONLY thing I didn’t care for about our stay. I recommended they either carpet those steps or put something like adhesive strips on them to make the footing more steady. It was a family suite as I recall and maybe, presumably they felt like younger families occupying the suite wouldn’t be bothered by the steps…..Overall, it’s a very nice hotel with a terrific staff and nice amenities. We’d stay again.

Well situated in Piazza Bellini..friendly informative staff, clean room, beautiful breakfast included( in our stay anyway) …Quaint courtyard. We’d stay there again for sure.

In a fantastic location on the same street with some amazing bars, around the corner from some great restaurants and very close to major sights like MANN. There's a very tranquil courtyard to have breakfast in, our double room was very comfortable with lots of space for luggage and backpacks, and the staff (front desk and breakfast staff) were friendly.

Excellent location near Napoli Archeological Museum. Very walkable location overall - near restaurants & shops. Hotel was in a safe location; with attentive & helpful staff. Check in process was easy, and we were able to store our bags at the desk until our unit was ready. We traveled with a group of 7 (adults/teens/grandparents), and reserved 2 "family" rooms, that were close together. The elevator was nice for our older travelers. The room was clean and comfortable. The in-unit stairs up to loft bedroom may be harder to navigate for older folks with mobility issues (our parents were fine). The hotel staff was able to troubleshoot an issue with A/C unit when we arrived, and had fans available. The hotel restaurant had an excellent breakfast (was included in our stay) with a big variety of items to choose from! We would definitely stay here again!

We had to catch our plane very early in the night/morning. The breakfast was charged and paid, but nobody prepared/offered for us even a simple sandwich.

The location of the hotel is in the centre of Naples, we could reach the main sightseeings by walk in few minutes.

The staff at the reception, both at night and during the day, were very helpful with all our queries and asks. Also, they have upgraded us to a larger room that was available. This is a lovely and quiet hotel with a beautiful courtyard, in the middle of the historical centre of town and a stone's throw away from the Archeological Museum. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

Price is to high. Breakfast was good but could have more variety of options.

Perfect location to visit the city on foot. Really close to main points of attraction. Plaza Bellini, outside the hotel, has a nightlife, good bars and restaurants <1 min from hotel, and still the hotel is calm and there's no noise. The room we had was spacious and overall infrastuctrure good. Hotel can help with tours to main attractions, Amalfi, Pompei, and so on.
