The service of the staff, cleanliness, food taste- all great. The location is great. I travelled more than 100 countries in the world and they are the best. I mean it. I disturbed them by asking several questions but they are very very tolerant and kind to me. They searched for me the good restaurants too. For them my visit to Kagoshima was great. Thank you!!!

Everything was perfect

We loved this hotel, and especially the staff. Customer service here is amazing. Also, the breakfast is very very good. They have option of Western and Japanese breakfast and both are very satisfying.

Everything was good - the air conditioners need a thorough clean, though.

Excellent location. Small, but well appointed rooms. Blackout blinds and windows that open for fresh air. Delicious breakfast and coffee. The staff make the experience exceptional - they are patient, kind, helpful and genuinely friendly (my experience as a Japanese speaker).

The place is ultra quiet tenants. But i can hear thru the walls if someone is snoring, or drops their bottle water. Lol. Which made me a bit cautious about making noise if anyone else can hear me. Lol so i was ultra quiet.

It was ultra quiet. The breakfast was awesome. The staff was top shape. The price is awesome. I like the location too. Away from the main busy road by 1 block so its not noisy. Yet, only 1 block away from the main road.

The room & bathroom was small for two adult. easily hit by chair and bathroom doors. Worst part is they provide only ONE door card to access and denied another one when requested. The morning breakfast was overcharged for average quantity and taste

I liked the free water bottle because you can always use water and saved me a trip to the store. The breakfast was the best breakfast I ever had and with booking it was only 8$ what a steal. Lol

The light is a little dim and the bed is a little moist possibly because of the typhoon.

The location is very convenient for shopping, food and it’s surprisingly tranquil. The service is very satisfactory. I definitely recommend it to you all.

It was great! We had a small double bed, so I was a bit worried...but actually the bed wasn't small at all! It was very comfortable and quiet, we slept very well.

The bedside light was quite dusty though the rest of the room was quite clean. The toilet/bath was quite a high step up to get to.

Location is close to the different ferry terminals that have ferries going to Sakurajima and Yakushima. Large bathroom by jap standards. Stocked with amenities like toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Hotel also provided robes. Luggage storage was allowed before check-in time of 3pm. The hotel also stored some luggage for a few days between two stays for us. Appreciate that. The luggage was brought up to the room and placed neatly when we finally checked in during the evening. Some of the staff do not speak much english but they make all efforts to communicate. Appreciate that very much. Google translate is very useful to help communicate here.

Parking is not convenient. The fee paid per day is only covered from 2pm to 12 noon (in next day ), you can't go in and out during this period unless you pay extra fee.
